Bison produce a meat that is leaner and lower in cholesterol than beef, with all of the great flavours we Albertans love. Always hormone, antibiotic and steroid free, our free-ranging herd of Bison are raised as naturally as possible on a diet of grass, hay and local greens. We are proud to offer you thoughtfully produced Bison products from a small family-run business.
We offer custom cutting and ordering, operating out of our AHS- approved mobile butcher shop.

About us and our Homestead
Located in Caroline Alberta, our family homestead includes 250 acres of hills, forest and lowlands. We proudly raise woods-plains cross Bison. We are first-generation bison farmers with a passion for enriching the land and environment in which we live and farm.
