WHY SHOULD I CONSIDER BUYING A WHOLE QUARTER/SIDE/ANIMAL?
Buying this way is much more considerably more cost effective per pound than buying retail.
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
The price is based on the Hot Hanging weight of the animal. This also means "on the rail"; the animal has been skinned, feet, head and organs removed. Our carcass weights usually range from 450-550lbs at $6.50/lb.
Take half of that for a side, and 1/4 of that price for a quarter.
Slaughter and inspection fees also apply.

hOW IS IT CUT?
Our normal process is to package steaks 2 per pack, 1.5lb ground and stew, 2-3lb roasts.
We can also do single wrapped steaks and 1 lb ground stew for an additional charge.
When ordering a quarter, you will get a mix of cuts from both the front and hind.

can i have the bones? organs?
Absolultely. We package soup bones in 4-5 lb packs. We will automatically send them with your order unless you specify. They are great for doggos too! We don't normally include organs with quarters, but you can purchase them separatley. We include organs with sides and whole animals.
